Email supportHow do I request photos from a friend?
Open the scrapbook and tap Ask friends for photos, then pick who you want to ask. They'll get a notification with your request, and can add photos from their own camera roll straight into your scrapbook. You'll be notified once they've sent them.
Can I ask for one specific photo?
Yes. Tap + Add → Missing piece and describe what you're after, like "a photo of the cake". A labelled gap appears on the page, and anyone who was there can fill it in.
I'm not getting notifications.
Open Settings → Scrapped → Notifications on your device and make sure they're allowed. If you previously tapped "Don't Allow", iOS won't ask again — you'll need to enable it there, then reopen the app.
Why don't I see trip suggestions?
Trip suggestions need photo library access, and they only appear for outings away from where you usually take photos. Everything is analysed on your device — nothing from your camera roll is uploaded unless you pick it.
A photo is cropped badly in the layout.
Tap the crop icon in the photo's corner and drag to choose what stays in frame. Your original photo is never changed.
Can I get my scrapbook out of the app?
Yes. Open a scrapbook and tap Share to export the whole page as an image, complete with your background, frames, notes and stickers.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, scrapbooks, photos and comments. It can't be undone.
Who can see my scrapbooks?
You choose per scrapbook: private, family, friends, or public. Change it any time by editing the scrapbook.
